This policy describes how Lummelle ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit our store or place an order.

What we collect

Order details (name, shipping address, email, phone, items), payment details processed by Shopify Payments or the payment provider you choose (we never see your full card number), device and browsing data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) collected through cookies and similar tools, and anything you send us by email.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship orders, send order and tracking emails, answer support requests, prevent fraud, improve the store, and, if you opt in, send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Who we share it with

Shopify (store platform and payments), our shipping and fulfilment partners (name and address only), analytics and advertising platforms such as TikTok and Google that set cookies to measure ads and show you relevant ones, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link, block cookies in your browser, and opt out of data sharing on the Your Privacy Choices page. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing lummellesupport@gmail.com.

Retention and security

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require and delete or anonymise other data when it is no longer needed. Data is stored on Shopify's infrastructure with industry-standard protection.

Children

The store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
