Use your Pocket Curl for up to 30 days. If it is not the tool you reach for, email lummellesupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund the full product price. No forms, no restocking fee.

How it works

1. Email lummellesupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. We reply with a return address.
3. Send the Pocket Curl back with its cap and cable. Once it arrives we refund you to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Send a photo or short video to lummellesupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost. No return needed.

Shipping protection

Orders with shipping protection are replaced free if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Email lummellesupport@gmail.com with the order number.

Refunds exclude shipping protection and are issued in the currency you paid in.
