These terms apply to every visit and purchase on the Lummelle store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable discounts shown at checkout. We may cancel an order if the price was listed in error, if payment fails or if fraud is suspected; you will be refunded in full.

Shipping and delivery

See the Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel.

Returns and guarantee

Product use and safety

Pocket Curl is a heated styling tool. Keep it away from water, do not use on wet hair, do not touch the barrel while hot, let it cool with the cap off before storing, and keep it away from children. Use the lowest heat setting that works for your hair. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse.

Intellectual property

Store content, images and copy belong to Lummelle and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on the site at the time of your order applies.
